First Contact

The first step is a personal meeting of approximately two hours with the owners, CEO or GM. We obtain an understanding of your company and build an emotional trust between persons involved. Then we can start to discuss openly the circumstances in your enterprise.

This is free of charge for you.

Definition

After the first contact the partners should have some time of rethink. This is the time to proof, if a partnership is possible in facts, figures and emotions. The responsible leaders of the company must be open to accept change and support that actively. This is a real necessity for all the coming issues. Without a commitment Molter Consult will not start any consulting work or advise those.

Then we start with a definition of activities. The difference of every company will be respected and maybe your enterprise is just in a crisis that must be sorted out first.  The individual objectives pointed out with the knowledge of the responsible leaders will lead to an initial plan of actions where circumstances and targets are still moving. A lot of projects die at the start, because of unclear definitions. Molter Consult will guide you during work requiring only hours to successfully launching your changes.

The fee for this phase of definition is normally a fixed sum of money agreed at the beginning of our work together.

At the end of this phase and a common commitment about necessary activities, decisions have to be done, in order for Molter Consult to help you in the integrated and professional consulting.

Consulting

In a structured investigation strengths and weakness will be monitored. We work out first basic solutions for improvements and show possible targets and linked opportunities.  In a next step we agree and fix plans and targets.    

Within these objectives we work out individual solutions for your enterprise. We show the successfully proofed measurements, explain the reasons for that and the necessary steps to fulfil.

The fee is based on a daily base.

Implementation

Without the full implementation of all plans you will not find the right success. Our assistance should give you support to get your staff trained and able to fulfil or the specific knowhow to start an internal improvement process. All necessary support, examples, trainings, workshops and so on will be made available during and after the consulting work. Molter consult can strengthen you and your staff by proved pragmatic impact on shop-floor level, project management, etc, if required and in absence of suitable abilities in your workforce.

The fee can be based daily or in a mixture with a result based component.
